How long does it take to deliver my order?

Shipping (depending on your location) usually takes between 3 -15 days after the order has been shipped. If there are any issues, please contact us and our staff will be happy to help.

We offer a 30 Day return policy. On account of contamination and disease prevention to strictly comply to Veterinary Health Policy and our clients concerns. We can only offer refunds or returns for custom products that were received damaged and Sizing exchanges for Unworn items without hair on it, once the product has been sent back to us to our offices in Toronto, ON. We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind on the product.

If you do want to exchange the order, you can send your unworn item, in new condition, with no hair on it back to us. Once received we can send out another one to you. If you would like us to send a return label, that is not a problem at all as well, we can do that for you. Please include a NOTE with your order number and what you would like to exchange it for prior to emailing us at Thank you for your business!


Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay.


Is it safe to purchase online form Puppocino & Co.?

Absolutely! We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information to any third parties. Any information collected though the site is intended to be used for this transaction only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.

Puppocino & Co. processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.


Can I change my order? 

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. We ship items out as soon as we can, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made.
